This archive contains the JAM(mbp) UTILITY for Windows 3.1. The
functionality of this program is identical to that of the DOS
version apart from the fact that it (obviously) requires Windows.

The program should compile without warnings with all compilers
for which we have supplied make files.

The following files should be present in the archive (README.1ST
not included):
